Refund policy
Return and Exchanges:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our coffee or tea, we will offer a full refund on your first bag of coffee or tea. No questions asked, and no need to return anything. We want you to feel comfortable trying us out.
If it is NOT your first order with us: we are unable to accept returned coffee or tea as it is a perishable item.
If the reason for return is due to an issue such as a damaged delivery, please contact us immediately to discuss at: support@artisanjavatea.com.
Any express shipping where applicable is not refunded. Express shipping includes Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and any other overnight or express shipping services you may have requested.
Ground shipping is not refunded unless our shipping department is at fault or the order arrives damaged.
PLEASE NOTE: Time is of the essence. Report any damaged order within 48 hours to request an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
Other Merchandise:
Regarding all other merchandise, such as appliances, drinkware, etc., if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-damaged items within 25 days for a full refund. All items must be in their original condition and packaging.
