Sourced from the renowned Kintamani Highlands of Central Bali, this single-origin coffee showcases the distinctive character of volcanic terroir. Grown by producers within the Subak Abian cooperative—a time-honored farmer organization—at elevations between 1200-1600 meters, the beans develop complex flavor dimensions. The wet-hulled processing method and careful two-step sun drying on raised beds preserve the coffee's nuanced profile: bakers chocolate and molasses provide body, while bright notes of orange peel and juniper add sophistication. A blend of Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varietals creates a clean, well-balanced cup that reflects both traditional cultivation practices and the volcanic richness of Bali's upland regions.
