Fairtrade Peru | Single Origin | Specialty Grade Coffee, coffee stands out for its commitment to ethical farming practices and environmental sustainability. Harvested from the Amazonian Andes in northern Peru, by a farming coop that originated in 2003 with just 35 farmers.  Today that coop has grown to 189 famers, with 40 of the farmers being women. The coop currently includes approximately 550 hectares of organic and Fairtrade coffee in production, with each bean undergoing rigorous selection.

Its unique flavor profile reflects the rich biodiversity of Peru with notes of refreshing lemon, subtle herbal hinte and rich chocolate.  Grade 1, SHG, EP. Ideal for those who appreciate high-quality, ethically sourced coffee with distinctive character.  Roast:  Medium.
