Bali Blue is a single-origin, specialty-grade coffee that showcases the distinctive character of volcanic terroir. Grown by producers in the Subak Abian cooperative—a time-honored farmer organization—the beans develop complex flavor dimensions. The wet-hulled processing method, combined with careful two-step sun drying on raised beds, helps preserve the coffee's nuanced profile. Bali Blue creates a clean, well-balanced cup that reflects both traditional cultivation practices and the volcanic richness of Bali's upland regions.
