Sourced from the renowned Kintamani Highlands of Central Bali, Bali Blue is a single-origin, specialty-grade coffee that showcases the distinctive character of volcanic terroir. Grown by producers within the Subak Abian cooperative—a time-honored farmer organization - the beans develop complex flavor dimensions. The wet-hulled processing method combined with careful two-step sun drying on raised beds helps to preserve the coffee's nuanced profile. Bali Blue creates a clean, well-balanced cup that reflects both traditional cultivation practices and the volcanic richness of Bali's upland regions.
