Harvested from the Amazonian Andes in northern Peru by a farming co-op that originated in 2003 with just 35 farmers. Today that co-op has grown to 189 farmers, with 40 of the farmers being women. The co-op currently includes approximately 550 hectares of organic and Fairtrade coffee in production, with each bean undergoing rigorous selection. Fairtrade Peru Coffee is perfectly balanced with a moderate acidity and silky smooth body.  Ideal for those who appreciate high-quality, ethically sourced coffee with distinctive character.
